    • Savannah Morning News, Issue of 31 Jul 2001: James Erlis "Jimmy" Pevey, 69, died July 29 at Cartersville Medical Center in Cartersville. The native of Bulloch County was a Baptist, a retired apartment complex security officer and a veteran of the Marine Corps. SURVIVORS: his mother, Ann Dixon Westberry of Savannah; three sisters, Margaret Helmly of Savannah and Olive Conlin and Wanda Westberry, both of Cartersville; a brother, Ray Westberry of Savannah; and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. VISITATION: 5-7 p.m. today at Sipple Mortuary. GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park-East.
